Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Navlo's website, mortgage planning workspace, and shared presentations. By using Navlo, you agree to these terms. If you use Navlo for a company, you must have authority to act for that company. A separate written agreement with Navlo controls where it expressly replaces these terms.

What Navlo provides

Navlo helps loan officers gather information, compare mortgage scenarios, obtain pricing, and prepare presentations for their clients. Navlo is software, not a lender, loan originator, underwriter, or legal or tax adviser. A comparison or recommendation is not a credit decision, commitment to lend, rate lock, or substitute for disclosures and approvals required by a lender or law.

Your account and responsibilities

Keep your account information accurate, protect your credentials, and use only accounts and company work you are authorized to access. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Your company may administer membership, permissions, branding, and retained work according to its role in the service.

You are responsible for having permission to enter, upload, process, and share information, including borrower information and third-party material. Enter only information needed for your work. Your use must comply with applicable lending, privacy, security, fair housing, and communications requirements. Do not use Navlo to discriminate unlawfully, send spam, impersonate someone, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.

Review before relying on or sharing results

AI-generated answers and calculations can contain mistakes or omit relevant facts. You must review borrower facts, assumptions, loan terms, fees, calculations, wording, and compliance requirements before relying on or sharing a result. Pricing may come from external providers or loan officer entries and can change. Confirm current terms, eligibility, and any lock directly through the appropriate lender or pricing process.

Sharing and connected services

You choose when to share a presentation, who receives it, and how an email is sent. Protect shared links; anyone who receives a valid link may be able to open the presentation. Revoking a link does not retrieve copies, screenshots, or emails already received.

Connecting Gmail is optional. It authorizes Navlo to identify your sending account and send messages you approve; it does not authorize reading your inbox. You can disconnect in Settings or revoke access through your Google Account. Google and other connected providers also apply their own terms and availability limits.

Your information and rights

You retain the rights you have in information and material you submit. You give Navlo permission to host, process, and transmit that material as needed to provide, maintain, support, and protect the service, and as described in our privacy policy. This does not transfer ownership of your borrower records to Navlo. Navlo and its licensors retain their rights in the service software and branding. Our privacy policy explains data use, service providers, retention, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

Availability and ending access

Navlo is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results. Features and integrations may change, and we may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements, or the end of a company's access. Contact us if you need help retrieving work. Ending access or archiving work does not automatically delete company records; retention and requests are addressed in the privacy policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We will post updated terms here with a new effective date and communicate material changes through the service or by email before they apply, unless a legal or security requirement needs faster action. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to nicolas@navlo.ai.
