Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Navlo handles information submitted through navlo.ai and its waitlist. It does not describe the separate authenticated Navlo product workspace.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the date and version of your signup, limited campaign parameters, the page you landed on, and a sanitized referring page. We do not store your IP address, browser fingerprint, borrower information, or arbitrary query parameters in the waitlist record.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm your signup, send waitlist and Navlo launch updates, understand which outreach brought visitors to the site, protect the form from abuse, and honor unsubscribe requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Supabase stores waitlist and signup records. Resend delivers confirmation and future launch-update email. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish people from automated abuse. Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-conscious traffic and performance measurements. These providers process information only to provide their services to Navlo.

Retention and your choices

We retain the waitlist record and signup history while the list is active and as needed to document and honor your choices. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to access or delete your waitlist information by emailing trey@navlo.ai.

Changes

We may update this notice as Navlo’s marketing practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they apply to new waitlist signups.
